QDo you have a minimum order?

A: At this time we only do quantities of 12 or more. 



QWhat is the average turnaround time when I should expect to receive my order?

A: You should plan for atleast 2 weeks from the time the artwork is approved and payment is received



QWhen do I pay for my order?

A: For all custom orders we ask for at least 50% up front before we start any project. 


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We can accept cash and Paypal at this time



QIs there someplace where I can leave feedback?

A: Yes you sure can. The best place would be on our Facebook Fan Page. Once there, click the 'discussion' tab at the top, and start a topic.

QCan you print/create uniforms for my business?

A: That is exactly what we want to do for you. If you have an existing business, or looking to start one, we can help you get the look you want to represent your company. 
 



Q: So how much to print my design on some shirts?

A: There are a few factors to considered before we can give you an accurate quote. Please check out our information page for more detail.



Q: Do you accept personal or business checks?

A: We can accept checks on a case by case basis. However payment by check, will require waiting until the bank clears it before any product can be delivered.



Q: Can I submit my logo/artwork?

A: Yes. You can submit any artwork to us to print for you. Please email it to Info@CarolinaCreation.net



Q: What format does my logo/artwork need to be?

A: If you are sending us your artwork, please be sure it is in .eps format. We are able to accept most any format, however, if your image is not vector when we receive it, there may be a fee to have it converted over.


Q: What is a Vector image as opposed to a Raster image?

Q: I have skills and would love to see my images on a few shirts. Can we talk about that?

A: Absolutely we can discuss that. Start with an email or a call to us, and we can go from there. Don't be shy, get your work out there!! 



Q: Do you have a store I can come visit?

A: We do not have a store front at this time, we are mainly online. However, we can occasionally be seen at the state fair grounds in Raleigh, NC. Keep a lookout for an events calendar where we will be.
